For 15 years I've been the person in the room who builds the analysis, the forecast, the deck that drives the decision. Multiple roles across Asia Pacific. 6+ countries, 4 companies, decks and spreadsheets I'll never finish counting.

Most of that time was spent on one thing: finding clarity in complexity. What actually matters in the numbers. What's signal versus noise. What moves the needle versus what just looks busy.

The whole time, I kept running into the same problem: the tools I needed didn't exist. And the ones that did were either too expensive, too slow to get approved, or built by people who'd never done my job.

So I started building them myself. In March 2026. With AI. With no engineering background whatsoever.

This site is the live record of that experiment. The builds, the breakdowns, the frameworks, the things I'm still figuring out. No polish, no gatekeeping, no waiting until it's perfect.
